problem with changing water pump impellar help! help! help!!!

hi i looked through all the writeups on diy water pump change but last night i took the most of the front end of the car off and realized that the pulley that is part of the impellar seems like its not there i could only see one of the pulleys on the driver side, i hope that im just being a newb at this and overlooking something thats stupid but im stuck and i need help, thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

I took off the covers on the timing belt and found it. the old one was pretty messed up since for some reason i dont understand, the impellar is made of plastic and ended up cracking, making my car overheat just going around the block. The one i got from napa was made of metal and was cheaper by about $55, the audi impellar and t-stat costs around $150 when it costs $95 at napa which seems to be better. Well im just happy now that my car runs good, thanks for everyones help again. O yea heres some pics that we took of the new and old pump and pictures of the front end.

most of us have had very bad experiences getting parts from anywhere but an OEM supplier. The tolerances are rarely correct. It seems like, in this case, you will be OK but I wouldn't make a habbit of it. My water pump and T-stat cost about $75 from thepartsbin.com
