MY dad came down with my car (cause i'm at school) and we had my new rotors put in, APR stage 1, slotted in the front. BRaking is fine, but when we're driving, especially on the highway, the car is louder than before and I wanna say you can hear the rotors. Are they on too tight maybe? I mean to say you can hear the wheels turning and it seems like maybe stuff is too tight or something

And is the bearing packed with grease? If the nut is too tight the bearings will be under extra load and may sound loud.

I didn't put em on, we took it to a garage that specialized in Audi's and VW's so I have no idea

Remove the wheel and look behind the rotor to see if anything is touching it.

* Make sure to properly support the car (jack stands) before sticking your head in the wheel well.
