Default You should always adapt the throttle after installing a chip.

Otherwise, throttle control will be all messed up, just like you've described.

Default I have the same exact setup and SAME EXACT problem as you.

I've tried everything.. Tried several ECU's, Chips, changed O2 sensors, MAF, plugs.. Audi can't even figure out what's wrong.
Just yesterday I posted my problem here and someone responded saying that the 97' MAF does not like the KO4. Sometime in 98' they changed the MAF. He used a 98 MAF and is working fine now.
Thats my next move. I'll keep you updated on the progress.

Default I never has issue's with the KO4 + Neuspeed P-Chip set up before

The MAF was not an issue then...!! Perhaps the GIAC Chip is at fault ? Well before going any further I'll go and VAG the car
