Default Problems with new suspension

Well I finally put on my koni yellows and lowering springs... and I also did all the front control arms while I was at it. But when I got done the rear suspensions is making this noise like something is loose but everything is fine I cannot find anything loose. Also the vibration that my car had at 60-70 before I did it is much worse and seems to be doing it all the time... I figure an alignment will take car of it... but it just seems like something else is up.. Any help is appreciated... Thanks

Alignment...wheel balance... noise maybe coming from the "loose" break-pad or control arm bushing

Default I should also add...

The noise coming from the rear is a squeking/clunking noise, and I have FWD so I do not have independent rear suspension
