Default procedures on how to replace fog light bulbs?

Does anyone have procedures on how to replace fog light bulbs?

Also I want to replace the bulb with HID 70W 12V bulbs. Is the wattage too powerful for the fog light console? thanks!

Default People have gotten mixed results. Here's a picture of what I got...

...ka-blooie! With less than 15 minutes of use the 70W Lumika / Superwhite bulb blew up. Hot shards of glass were fused to the plastic, and the explosion left a thick powdery residue all over the inside of the housing - even behind the bulb where the wires attach.

My advice to you is this - a) get a reputable bulb and b) hit the bulb with alcohol before you install them.
