Default If you were buying, it's a no brainer. But I agree with everyone here

it's more complicated with the differences in residual. Problem with comparing, is that you have to let the cat out of the bag, and let them know you are leasing, in order to get the numbers on residuals between model years. That can muddy the water. BTW the money factor is the leasing equivilent of an interest rate. to get an approximate comparison, multiple the money factor (given as a decimal like .00365) by 24. That will give you a close number to the comparable interest rate.
