If both cars have OEM sports pkg,
Both cars are 1.8T..
Same tires....both car having same variables.
Which car will do better in skidpad?
My guess is FWD...(200lb lighter)

I mean, at least on paper, the weight always cancels for these sorts of things.
What do you think?

...as the front tires begin to push, the acceleration demands of the skidpad will let the quattro car use its rear tires' traction to generate the linear acceleration, allowing more of the front tires' friction circles to be used for steering the car back on line (assumes a nose-heavy car, prone to understeer somewhat, like an Audi quattro).
