Default No......always an option except on S cars and high end cars.
Standard on all S cars and the A8, A6 4.2, A6 2.7, allroad, and TT225.

As for A4s, always an option.

Default Nope, its just no longer listed as an option I believe
It's almost like A4 Quattro's are different models than non-quattros

Default Yea, I noticed that on the new stickers, if it has Q, it just has a higher base price.
Not like it is itemized on the option list.

I dont think it is, because I know that all FWD A4 3.0s come with Multronic, no manual available.
