I love the LOOK of the factory headunit but less than satisfy with the sound quality. I have the basic unit (concert?) in a 99.5 A4 w/ the factory 6 disc changer. If I decide to go with an aftermarket headunit what are my options as far as harness/fitment kits are concerned (are there any or do you all have custom fitment kits?). Also, If I decide to keep the factory headunit, as far as sound goes, would upgraded speakers, added sub(s) and amp(s) would do the job? URLs and pics are appreciated.

My A4 page

Fitting an aftermarket HU is easy - any good installer can do it. You will NOT find one that matches as well as the stock unit though - I think there are only a few in red, and they're not necessarily the best choices.
Consider keeping the stock HU and replacing the speakers; it's not a bad route. Certainly sounds better than stock, and you not only keep the stock look, but it's totally stealth so no worries about theft.
