Question about alignment and wheel hub assembly

I just had my rear wheel bearing replaced and after I had it done it seems like the car floats at highway speeds (have to do alot of steering to keep it going straight). I know this effect is due to my alignment being off. Well, today I was driving to get some lunch with the GF's family and we took two cars. My GF's brother, riding in the second car, noticed that the rear passenger side wheel (the one with the bearing replaced) doesn't rotate "right". Like how a wheel is not mounted straight/flush and wobbles when you spin it. At least that is how he described it.
I would like to know if this is an alignment issue or if it's a issue of the wheel assembly being bent (or possibly the rotor). Also if the problem points to the alignment would getting it done fix the wheel being off axis.
I did hit both passenger side wheels against a curb at about 5 mph during that first snow. Plus, I have replaced the front passenger's side wheel bearing already also.

but if your tire is dirty (e.g. has mud/dirt on the sidewall or tread), it can be perceived as "wobbling" when in rotation. i think if your wheel were truly wobbling, you'd know it. if you're still uncertain, you might as well get an alignment.

now that I look at it, the wheel is sitting at a slight angle instead of perpendicular to the ground. It doesn't feel like it is wobbling though. I am going to ask my cousin about it since he is a mechanic and replaced both my wheel bearings for me. He would know more about it but I just wanted to know beforehand incase I need to acquire parts or not.

Your GF's brother's observation is consistent with a bad hub. You should notice an odd vibration on dry roads as a result.
The wandering tendency could be due to the hub, but it also equally likely to be an out of spec alignment.
I would replace the hub, and get an alignment before you chew up your tires from running a misaligned car.
