Question about AWE projector headlights...

Question about AWE projector headlights...
Are they replacement housings for xenon, replacement housings for halogen, or completely new fixtures (electronics and everything)? Also, does anyone have opinions about them? Is there a good place to find swap-in clear corner housings?
