I will be doing the a GT28rs stage 3 kit soon and am wondering what to do about brakes. I've done a fair amount of research and have decided that I want to go with ECS stage three (porsche 993TT) in the front but I am unsure of what to do with the rears. I will be driving this car on the track once every 2 or 3 months.
Does anyone have any experience or suggestions in regards to rear brake upgrades to match the power of the GT28rs and ECS stage three front brakes?? I'd really like to be able to keep parts under 3k dollars. Also, if anyone has any better ideas about brakes with stage 3 in general, please chime in. I'm keeping my eyes on the classifieds to see if any used big brake kits come up that seem worth it. Thanks in advance.

I did my s4 rear brakes pretty cheap, got used calipers & brackets from car-part.com for about 90 shipped each. I bought the dust shields and rotors from ecs and axxis ultimate pads from stoptech.
You can also use slightly larger a8 rear rotors with the s4 calipers but iirc it needs a few modifications (cutting, etc.) wasn't worth it to me so I just stuck with the s4 rotors.
