Default Question about the Zaino polish

I am about to order from the Zaino site, after looking at a post a few days ago made by bitjockey, and I've decided to try it. So this is for those of you who already use it:

1. Do I need to buy a bottle of Z-6, or is that the same as the detailer spray I already have (Meguiars I think)?

2. No reason to buy Zaino brand clay bar when I have a perfectly good one (either Mothers or meguiars) in the garage right?

3. What wax do you recommend using overtop the final polish?

4. Do I need anything else other than ZFX accelerator and Z-2, or should I go with the Z-5?

Default buy the spray detailer from zaino.. it's completely different.

i wouldn't get the grand finale spray.. it's not as good.

Your clay bar is fine... i don't like zaino's new one.. it's red and meh.. it falls apart quickly. The mothers/meguiars have served me well.

The best/most effective thing to do is buy one of their kits. It's a great start and after you can figure out what you did or didn't like

Default thanks

I thought about getting the kit, just didnt feel everything in it was necessary to have. I will heed your advice on the spray detailer though.

Default I would agree, if this were the Auto Detailing forum

but this has nothing to do with a B5, other than I am going to use it on one. And those people choose not to see it. I just marked it OT to stay on the safe side of "The Hansen"

Default Sure it is B5 related. It is like asking what kind of wheels you should get.

Cause those wheels that fit our cars, fit many others. And there is even a wheel and tire forum.

I dont want to argue over this though, Im just saying that it should be shared to everybody : ).

I dare you to search this forum to and find topics about detailing here too.
