If you really want to talk to them (clearly you don't), you have to call them back.
I sent my suspension bits back to them in August...nobody called me to follow up. I had to get them on the phone and follow up myself. Evidentally, when one of their staff turned over, I slipped through the cracks, but whatever.

I run tracksports, H-sport sways and poly bushings and they are fine for DD, however . . .
. . . they are on 17's. The Goodyear F1's were much more comfy than the Bridgestone S-03's.
