Default Question for the experts of MAF/boost/channel 32 logs...long

2001 1.8T Tip, the car use to have a K&N, I replaced it with OEM.
I got a cel (lean on all,when the car is cold) so I started logging (just got my vag) doing a lot of STFA, and here are my results, (PLEASE confirm):

I am getting boost requests of ~2130 mbar
actual boost closely follows.

My Air Mass In BEFORE cleaning my MAF max:128.58 (socond gear pull)
My Air Mass In AFTER cleaning my MAF max:134.50 (third gear pull)

My channel 32 BEFORE cleaning was 15.6 for Partial Throttle
My channel 32 AFTER cleaning was 13.3 (so far) for Partial Throttle

I cleaned the MAF by soking it in 99% alcohol for 1h and sloshing it a bit.

BUT, my guess is that the Ffffing MAF is still not what it should be

And with a boost request of 2130 which is 16.385 psi I should be getting around 170 g/s of air

Am i correct ?

Default have you checked for any possible intake leak

between the airbox and the turbo specifically.

That would cause your MAF readings to be low, and for you to get a lean code.

Default nope, did not check, how would I do that ? other than visually ?

are there any aids ?

Default Just in case any one is interested it was the MAF.

The new MAF works perfectly the second adaption for group 32 kept going down and after 15 or 20 minutes of driving it went down to 4% it will probably go down further with more driving.

Thanks to every one that helped.

PS: the MAF was refurbished from a local dealer. $110 CAD, with an additional $35 deposit for the old one. If I bring the old one back, I get the $35 back.
