Default Question on storing summer rims/tires?

Is it okay to stack them on top of each other, each is like 48lbs (18" w/ 225/40) or should I have them standing up.

Just wondering if it would damage or deform the tires if I left them stacked all winter. What's the best place to store them? I have them sitting in my garage (non climate control).

On a side note, anyone know where I can get a tire cover bag? Like a Pirelli one or something like that. THanks in advance.

Default stack them. Cover them up, or if you have space in your garage you can always

get a wall mounted peg for them.

Default I bag mine and place them on a shelf. Rear of the wheel down.....

I have enough room that I don't have to stck them.

Default find a local welder have them make you a plate base and weld a pole at a slight angle to it.

have them cut/drill 4 holes, mount to wall, cheaper than griots i'd imagine.

Default I tie ropes from them

and hang them in my back yard from my trees. The neighborhood kids have a blast swinging on them

I'll second the wall mounted peg! I store my wheels like that (2x2).
