Hey AudiDood.. Quick question... how is the JL Audio Stealthbox? hows it sound? I have been looking at them but havent had a chance to hear them yet

it's good for nice bass response in-cabin, very clean... but outside it's doesn't rumble unless you roll your windows down, pop in some Sir Mix-a-lot, and crank it. it's more toned down for personal enjoyment as opposed to letting everyone in a 15 car radius enjoy it. i'm thinking of forcing some 10s into it, but the audio people said that it wouldn't be that stealth anymore.

if you're a bass-head, this setup will definitely be a letdown ... i had a 12" JBL tube in the trunk before i got this in and i think that hit a bit harder ...

anything other than the stealthbox takes up too much trunk space. i don't put anything in there but a skateboard and some snow chains (that i'm taking out this weekend), but still .. it's nice. if you go with an all-out install, make sure you leave a little space for groceries.
