I had my A4 serviced at Carlsen in Palo Alto. They put on 200 miles on my car in the short 6 hours that they had the car. After the initial serivice, the brakes started to squeal. I do not know whether this is coincidence of timing or improper toeing of brakes. Has anyone had good or bad experiences with them?

If they had your car over a weekend....trying to duplicate a problem...I could see maybe
60-80 miles. One dealer had suggested that the shop manager take my car home to
his house trying to duplicate a problem. It ended up not happening. However, 200 miles
in 6 hours is pretty much...it is almost like they went up to Sonnen in San Rafael, picked up
a part and then drove back to Palo Alto the LONG way. You sure it is 200 miles?

I purchased my car at Carlsen, but I live closer to Steven's Creek Audi. How is their service department? The salesman I was dealing with at Andersens seemed to be more of an enthusiast, but I ended up buying from Carlsen because I couldn't wait any longer!!
