I will be replacing my exhaust soon with an aftermarket setup... probably Neuspeed. I was thinking about also just getting a high flow cat at the same time. I was wondering though, in addition to the changes that the exhaust will make,

1. will the cat improve performance even more?
2. will the cat alter the sound of the exhaust?

it will make your turbo spool up a bit quicker, and your sound on the exhaust will be a little louder, not that much..
