Default questions about SPP's FMIC...

1)whats the difference between the FMIC and the Z-flow FMIC??

2)I have an APR chip, does APR do special FMIC programming?

3)Will both the them fit behind the stock bumper?

http://www.supremepower.com/category/spr/spr-fmic.html</a

z-flow is a better intercooler. most people get hung up on the asthetics of it.

Default Both will fit - hacking required

Z-flow is a better IC for a stock turbo, smaller in size less pressure drop. If you are going to go to a big turbo get the large SPP or Evo.

Default if your not going SIII, I recommend the Z-flow...

When you add an FMIC you lost about a Lb of boost.

The two FMIC's are both put out by Racetec, a forum member here named !-Bar does all the R&D with Eric @ Spp.

Both are great units and have come along way.

The racetec is a Z-flow which is merely a different design, as you can see the new APR, is a C-Flow, so they each have their own little design trying to R&D the best unit.

They are both an improvement over stock, the car will feel more like a V6.

Default why do you say "if you're not going SIII?"

I'm trying to figure out if I should get the Z-Flow - but I do have SIII.

Default Wrong. It's the other way around...

The Z-flow has more flow.
