I remember hearing somewhere that I didn't have to apply any extra sealant to the gasket under the cam adjusters but as per the link attached, it says to use some special sealant which he substituted with RVT Black.
Any input would be great as I'm going to start on this tomorrow morning. The seals I bought were from the dealer and had some blue sealant on them already.

the flat gaskets come with sealant attached. Just use them as they are.

You'll definitely want to use some RTV (sparingly!) on the VCG corners though.

no sealant needed for the cam adjuster seals, just did them.
