Quick Timing Belt Question

Just changed my timing belt on my 2000 B5 using Andy's guide in the Tech section, It went smooth in 6 hours, and cranks and drives fine now. Or it will be fine once I get more coolant on Monday when the Audi/VW parts store opens (Some drained out when I filled it up because I left the red dranin plug open). My question is this, I think that the third sprocket in the timing belt area may have moved a tooth or two during the installation. What problems can this cause? What does this sprocket drive? I kept the cam and crank (lower) sprocket on their marks, but did not mark the third (rightmost) sprocket. I am kicking myself now for not doing this, and after reading Andy_Tn's timing belf install for months, I can't understand how I was careless like this. Any answers you might have for me would help me out, and let me drink my beer tonight in peace, rather than going over what may be wrong with my car.
Thanks,
Thanks,
