Some. Depends on your software, still.
Stock software, you might just feel like the car is running smoother.
GIAC software, you notice some power increase too.
APR I have no experience with, but I imagine you would notice a power increase as well.
Depending on the software, you can take some advantage of the increased stability in higher octane fuel.

Mostly depends on if your ecu is pulling the adv timing back with the chip your running.
If it does on pump fuel then you will gain some power while runing better fuel, if it does not pull any back then you wont gain much at all.
