Here is my radar installation update, for anyone who cares. SUCCESSFUL! I removed the fuse box cover, removed the A-Pillar (with some difficulty, but not too bad), found fuse #27, and connected it. The hardest part was creating the wiring assembly. I had to cut off the cigarrette lighter plug, strip the cord so the two wires were exposed, connect the RIGHT SIZE spade connector to each. After that it was simple. I inserted the power spade connector into slot 27 (fits like a glove), bolted the ground spade on one of the screws nearby. Then I ran the cord up through the A-Pillar, which required tying it to the existing wires because it is a coiled cord. I used the coiled kind because it was thicker and fit in the headliner without any tape or anything- just shoved it right in there! I had to use a couple clips and things to keep the wire in place, but basically that was it. I snapped the A-Pillar back into place, fuse cover the same, and started the car- and the radar detector at the same time. Also, its a talking radar detector, so now everytime I start the car it says "Welcome, please buckle your seatbelt." GREAT FAQ!

It went very smoothly. If you're in the New York/CT Area I could give you a hand with the process- the second time around is much easier. I also have experience with removing the badges off my friend's car, which went extremely well and looks fantastic. By the way, I see you did the clear-corner mod- is your car leased?
