My 99.5 Bose stereo used to stay on after I would turn off the ignition and pull the key out. It would shutoff after I would open my door to get out. All of a sudden it isn't doing that anymore. It just shuts off when I turn the key off. What could have changed?

but when you remove the key the stereo should go off...you can turn on manually and then it should go off after an hour if you dont insert key etc...
stereo should never stay on after key is removed
stereo should never stay on after key is removed

It could be a blown fuse through your ignition switch in your radio, or quite possibly could be your 12 volt constant. No need to worry about it, unless you can't roll down your windows once the ignition is off and the door is still open.
