Random misfire in cyl. 2

Random misfire in cyl. 2
I just threw a check engine light, and I got it checked for free at local auto zone. They said i had a random misfire in cyl. 2 - either plugs, wires, or coils. so um, Im a noob, and my bid said its probably the spark plugs. Has anyone had this happen? i have an 01 B5 -

has happened MANY times on the forum and is well documented.
play "Musical Coil Packs" i.e. pull all four out and put them in a different order. If that changed the cyl number, then it's a coil pack. Otherwise could be plugs, could be ICU.
I had it and it was only 1 Coilpack. $23 fix.

Sorry i didnt search first. thanks for the reply. So to play musical coil packs ima need to bring it to auto zone and have them play with me since i dont have the checker.. right? sorry for being such a noob, what is ICU?
