I liked the company, they are local and had good stuff to offer IMO. Picked up their RA4 stage 2 clutch for the car. $1300.... As most of you know, no more car, wrecked before ever taking the clutch out of the box. Went 2 weeks ago to return it to recover some dough. Still no money refunded to me. They say the refund was processed on the 1st of NOV. Well its the 5th wheres my MFing money? **** on them, Skip ECS!

Default that's a little harsh...refunds can take several business days to appear in your account...

you should be happy that they accepted your return...it wasn't their fault that a deer jumped in front of you. many suppliers don't allow returns unless it is a faulty part.

Default Processing can take a while to post to your account. I know my CC waited nearly...

3 weeks to post a credit to my Visa. I knew it was Visa's fault because I watched the credit be process in the store. When I called tehm on it they said pay the bill and you will be credited when the transaction is posted. Thanks Visa.

I would be happy that they didn't charge the +20% that some places charge.
