I'm sorry to yell, and those of you who have been on the forum for awhile know that I don't normally post in caps.<p>Where is the CD changer hookup cord (cord that hooks into the CD changer)... I can't find it!<p>Where would it be? On the left side like on my 1997? Don't see it there...

On the left, just forward of the tools; I think you will have to pull out the trunk lining, as I did, to grab it because it is tied to other wiring.<p>'99 1.8tqms

You should be feeling around for a piece of foam--about 1.5-2" long which is wrapped around the connector w/ a rubberband(!). Like Roger, mine was clipped with other cables, so I had to undo one of the cable connectors to actually access the connector. When facing the toolbox/CD changer area, use your hand to feel up to the right side (forward) of the top right corner of the tool box shelf. <p>Good luck, I hope this helps.<p>99.5 1.8TQM
