It leaves you all the floor space, but it's still kinda in the way of large cargo...

well, it's a Basslink, so it doesn't have that much power - it's a 200W Class D amp.
But, all I wanted was to add some nice low end to my stock stereo, and that I accomplished successfully. I only crank it up to about 25% and I can easily feel the bass in my whole body.
I thought I'd get more bass if I open up the center armrest hole, but it didn't seem to make a difference. As it is, the bass is plenty. It's a 10-inch driver with a 10-inch passive radiator.

good idea, I will check it out.......
I did really mean to cut out a hole in the top of the rear deck, and use the trunk as my "box" I don't know if that is possible
