It's called a JL Audio Stealthbox. I like mine, but it's expensive...
I bought mine used, so I got a pretty good deal.
It mounts under the rear deck and ports through the holes for the rear deck speakers. You have to remove the rear deck speakers, so you'd probably need to mount speakers in the rear doors...

I installed the JL Audio stealth box in my 98.5 A4 -- good fit, carpet close match -- sounds great -- down graded from 1 12", to the 2 8's in the box -- its expensive and you have to buy them from a JL Audio dealer (have to find one in your area) -- over all very pleased -- good bass, still plenty of space -- also had to mount my rear speakers in the rear doors, cut out holes and used the speaker grills from an S4 -- anymore questions email me
