If you want a good rear sway bar my suggestion is a 22mm neuspeed from www.supremepowerparts.com it'll help your car handle alot better and lower it if you haven't, but thats just my opinion..

I think that the S4 rear sway should fit...I believe that they have the same rear suspension, plus the rear swaybar from Neuspeed is the same for A4 and S4, so I'm guessing that the stock swaybars are interchangable.
I had the 22mm Neuspeed swaybar, but it was way too stiff for me. I was thinking about the 19mm sway set on soft, but I heard about even some of these causing subframe damage even with the support bracket. So I was also seriously thinking of trying to get ahold of a S4 rear swaybar and use some Neuspeed support brackets just to be extra safe....I have bad luck=)
I really don't know what the size of the swaybar is on the 2.8 quattro a4, but I think that the S4 has a stiffer rear bar...could be wrong.
Hope I helped a little.
