reasons for engine not to have increased idle at startup
My engine, after TT install doesn't seem to idle at the increased RPM everytime I startup. Is this normal, and just noticing after install, or is there something I should look at.

Its been single digits in CT the last week, car sits outside and when I start it in the morning,
it doesn't always run the high idle. Maybe I am just noticing it for the first time.
Can there be any problems, from not having the higher idle? Or is this for convience only (like warm up the heater faster).

I meant to say if it's colder than some certain temp that I don't know
and it's a cold start, the car won't idle at the typical 1200 or so RPM. Also, I failed MAF will do this, but you would have a CEL if that were the case. If the weather is ok, then yes I'll be there tommorow and no I haven't washed my car.
