Default None, so i have been told.

The sport shocks will not last more than 5,000 miles with lowering springs, according to people in this forum.

Default I recommend the stock sport springs for use with the stock sport shocks....

I hear they are very well matched.

OK...I'm being a smart ***.
Upgrade the shocks along with the springs or the stock sport shocks will wear out quickly.

My 2 cents

Default you see, once they are blown, I have an excuse to upgrade them (more)

I call it the "wife factor"

Basically I want the stiffest coils that will work on the stock 2.8 shocks (which are a little beefier) and can upgrade shocks later. Looking for some drop but want to avoid wheel rub on the stock shocks. Thanks!

Default Here are my thoughts...(passed along from a friend)

The cost of installation is so great...that you might as well do it all at once. Other wise..you'll be paying $200-$400 to get the springs put on, then once your shocks go out, you'll be paying another $200-$400 to take off the springs and replace the shocks and put everything back together again.

But you pay twice for installation and the inconvenience of the process.
