Rector--Getting Better Service Since they Dropped Cadillac
I've noticed that since Rector dropped Caddy, that they have more time for us Audi folks and that the service wait time has gone down and that the quality has improved.
I was in for squeaks and rattles (my god this car has a ton of them) again, and they heard them and are fixing them. This beats the early days when nobody but me and my invisible friend heard these rattles.
