Reliability bug bite: can we take out the oil lines to turbo and clean it out?

Sure but it is a PITA getting at the connections (especially on the oil supply end) and actually
cleaning the coked opil out of the line would be a pita too. If you time is worth a nickle an hour it might be cheaper to replace it.
Note .. lines ought to be replaced whenever the turbo is replaced ..
