Removing front passenger seat

Removing front passenger seat
I have a 1999 A4 1.8TQMS
There is an annoying rattle (very annoying and loud) that I have isolated to the front passenger seat. I had taken it to the dealer to have it looked at, and they said that they found a loose seat rack and said that they needed to tighen it. When I got the car back, I went out for a test drive to see if the annoying rattle was gone. This rattle is easily reproduced if you hit bumps that will hit the front right wheel. (not hitting bumps that will hit both front wheels) Sure enough the rattle is still there! I looked at the seat, and I bet that the dealer didn't even do a thing to it. The seat was in the EXACT position as when I 1st droppeed it off.
What I would like to know is if anyone has a how to, or a TSB or somthing offical on how to take the seat out myself. I'm pretty sure I know where it's coming from, it's just way to unaccessable to get to it while the seat is mounted to the car. I'm very mechanically inclined, and have many tools.
Is this a hard, labor intensive process?
Can someone please supply me with a good how to?
I know that there is a service book on the A4, could you fax me the pages on removing the seats? (if it exists)
Thanks to all for your help that is greatly needed
