did anyone use their resistors that should eliminate the airbag light when replacing seats?

Default All you need is to set the resistance at 2.5- 5ohm
it just depends on the year of the car.

i have a 2000 audi a4, what would the resistance be? how can you measure it?

Default i really have no idea, but you can just plop in resistances into the connector
without anything there, its essentially infinite resistance. just need something in the line to trick it into thinking theres an airbag load there.

which wires do i put it inline with? IIRC, the purple plug has 3 wires, no?

The 2 light colored wires with a stripe on them, the dark wire does not get used.

I also have a 2000 and it was a 2.5 ohm resistance.
