Default repair shop recomendation

Can anyone recomend an affordable shop in the DC area that can replace the valve cover gaskets, a CV boot and the coolan reservouir tank for hopefully under $1000?

Default Induktion...

I don't know if they will do it for under $1000 but i have heard many great things about their shop. I am dropping my car off there tonight. They are in Hanover, MD near BWI. You might want to post this in the Mid Atlantic forum for more options.

Induktion, probably the best shop on the east coast imho. They've been great to me.

Default When I see posts like this, it makes me seriously consider doing side work out of my garage.

Guessing the parts for this are around $150 and the lobor is half a day's work.

I am in the Rockville/Gaithersburg area right between Shady Grove hospital and the Rio. I think that the cam tensioner gasket is leaking as well.

Default how many shops on the East Coast have you been to?

There are many competent shops that I've dealt with. EuroTech in Atlanta, TyrolSport in Queens, NY, XXTuning in CT, DSTurbo in Mahopac , and that's the ones the come to mind right away from personal experinence. Becareful in generalizing, East Coast is a big place. Not saying that Induktion isn't up there (they are) but there are just as good shops going north or south.
