Anyone know if there are any problems with replacing the concert with the concert II? I am hoping to purchase one and replace my old deck with it.

You do not have a canbus setup in your car. So the radio will shut itself off about every hour. There are nightime illumination problems also involved. But there is a fix, if you don't mind soldering. Here is a link to the fix.

tech writeup

Your instrument cluster should be canbus enabled, but I don't think your radio utilizes it. What you can do is tape into your cluster and run a canbus line to the concert II head unit.

Adding the illumination lead was easy, just follow the tech article. The CD changer ground was on a different plug, easy fix.
Annoying Issues that I am still working through:
My car does not have can-bus. Even when the radio is on it thinks radio thinks that the car is off. That is why it shuts off within an hour.
Also sometimes it turns on as a Bose coded unit with my front speakers off other times it turns on correctly, Bose does not show on the display
and the front and rears speakers are on.
