Default Replaced lower oil pan gasket, now better evidence of oil leak (2.8 30v)

When I turn the car off I get a line that starts just above the lower oil pan, center and makes it's way down about the middle of the oil pan then drips off... front main cover gasket / front main seal?

Default The shop that diagnosed my front cover gasket put the core in service postion, ran...

...the engine, and could literally see the oil leaking from that gasket. FWIW, my leak appears to be completely cured (knock on wood).

Default It was ~$700 to replace the $19 gasket.

Yes, they have to remove the TB to do it, so if you're due for a TB have them do that as well. Unfortunately, my TB had been done 20k miles before I got the leak fixed.

Default I did the cam tensioner seals first. A different shop told me that was probably...

...my problem and did those seals and VC gaskets. Unfortunately, that had absolutely no affect on my leak.
