Default replacing the front suspension: how in the world do you remove that lower control arm bolt

<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/19528/nono.jpg">

ive tried turning the wheel left/right, used the wrench to gain some clearance, but couldnt tap that sucker out. look like a monkey doing it too, holding the wrench with my feet and trying to tap it out. the control arm is somewhat scratched. any other tips out there?

Default In your pic, you have the uppers? I used to use big pliers to twist the lower arm,

now, I just drop the whole arm from the indide. Pull the inner pivot bolt out.

make sure you're unscrewing the nut and not the bolt.

just can't get the bolt off? Use a pick and a hammer.
