replacing the front suspension: how in the world do you remove that lower control arm bolt

ive tried turning the wheel left/right, used the wrench to gain some clearance, but couldnt tap that sucker out. look like a monkey doing it too, holding the wrench with my feet and trying to tap it out. the control arm is somewhat scratched. any other tips out there?

thanks a lot kris, i found the old post of yours
im gonna try that plier twist method. hopefully i can get enough clearance! the pic was just for fun. didnt want someone to tell me to remove the upper bolt.
