Default Replacing lower front control arm...should I get the ball joint tool?

After my control arm snapped off right at the joint yesterday i will be replacing the arm and am thinking i will need the tool to get the remaining joint of the control arm off. Anyone know where to get the tool or looking to sell one?

Default were are you located.. sicne you are not wanting to reuse the old control arm..

you might be able to get the old one out of the joint with a tie rod ball joint seperator pickle fork style..
normally you would not want to use this style due to the fact it will destroy your boot for the joint but since you are replaceing it it should probly work.. sometimes it is really stuck and the tool is the only think that can seam to get it out..

Default It WILL make it a lot easier.

Not saying it can't be done with a pickle fork or with just a hammer (gasp!), but the right tool makes it a snap--literally. Good luck
