Default there is a little tab that you have to slide back ...

if you look straight down over the top of your light you will see a sort of "slot" that a screwdriver will fit into.. just slide it back ... push down the tab that the slot was underneath.. and slide the corner assembly forward... hope that helps.. i assume you have 2 piece headlights

Default there is a locking tab....

in general if you look at the rear of the light assy. the plastic is silver. the lock is white and is either an arm or a philips head type thing. you need to turn the lock 90°. after you turn the lock you must flex the housing arm where the turn signal attaches to the headlight and push the turn signal foward. when reinstalling you must push on the housing with a fair amount of force until it "clicks" into position or it will fall out while driving.
