Replacing water temp sender. Help!! I'm stuck.

Hi.

I was putting out ICV to clean it, and I was just trying to take water temp sendor < black one> out from my car, but it never comes out.
I removed the U shaped pin.
I don't know what else to remove.

Pull harder. It's probably just really stuck in there....

kind of like the thermostats.. the heat cycling those things take, they must just glue themselves in tight..

2nd.. Probably just lodged in...

I just replaced mine a couple months ago, just try wiggling it while you pull... mine was in pretty tight too
