I was told that the car is covered for a 50,000 mile tune up if I bring in in prior to 50,000 miles.
Anyone have any recommendations as to what I should have them check/replace before my warrantee expires?
My service advisor is pretty cool. if I feel like something might need replacing, he'll most probably take care of me. Any reasonable ideas would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

So, let's do the short math:
5 days per week @ 5 miles per one way = 50/week for work (then, about 30 miles of actual car miles that I sit on a train to downtown philly.)
1 year and 1 month of ownership = 56 weeks
25k miles will be hit this weekend.
50 miles x 56 weeks = 2800 miles
25,000 - 2,800 = 22,200 miles of fun miles :-)
Since I do about 20k miles per year of just playing and traveling, a beater car for my commute is pointless.
If I drove my actual commute to work:
5 days per week @ ~35 miles per one way = 350/week for work
350 x 56 weeks = 19,600 + 22,200 = 41,800.
Now, add in a few miles for parking in the city and coffee stops, I'd be at 42k miles right now if I actually drove to work.

It is a little bit much, but if you drive 20k/year, it is not too bad. My work place is 62 miles/rt. That's assuming I don't go anywhere else after work (or during lunch time). So, looking at 5days/week at 50 weeks (assuming 2 weeks off), I'm looking at 16k/year just driving to work. Put in a few miles going out for lunch and around town after work, a few road trips during holidays, it is easy to hit 40-45k/2 years. Take a cross country trip once or twice, you'll hit 50k in no time.
