Sorry its been a long time. I just bought my first house (with a 2 car garage ;-) and moved to Charleston, SC for work.
I thought i would give an update on the Haltech Interceptor install and the final numbers. As you can see my revs drop around 6700 which is due to me having to ditch the Mika ECU altogether and go with a stocker. So the base map for both are tuned on a stock 557p ecu. I am going to send the stock ecu off to have the rev limiter raised to 7300.
The car was tuned on a Dyno Dynamics which the conversion ratio to Mustang and Dynojet differ from 1.2 to 1.4. They dyno'd a stock B5 S4 and it got 180hp at the wheels so be your own judge. Here are the graphs:
Here is AF with boost:

Here are the HP graphs:

The car is overall much more smooth and runs great. There were no tricks to getting the Haltech to work. Haltech actually had a base map for the NDBW. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Getting rid of the Mika ecu really simplified things.

We just had to lower fuel signal manually in the Haltech and use the adjustable FPR to get it spot on. That way the ECU thought it was getting less fuel then it actually was.
