Default Reverse Lights shorten out

There is something wrong with my reverse lights, I noticed that they stopped working, then I went to check the fuse, and it was burnt out, so I replaced it, and as soon as I did, it burnt out again, anyone have a guess of what might be causing it.
Thanks

Default The wire that sends 12v

from your fuse to your lights is shorting to ground somewhere. Either the wire itself or the switch that that activates them when you shift in reverse. Did you check the bulb socket for foreign material that could short that out? That's the easiest thing to check.
