Right indicator light and parking light is out?

Right indicator light and parking light is out?
I recently have found out that my right indicator light and parking light is out, but my turn indicator still works. I checked my fuse and it was blown, but everytime I replaced the fuse, it would blow when i turned on my lights. Any ideas about what is wrong and how I could fix it? Thanks
