to get a damaged car back when going in for service. The main reason I brought it in for was a loud squeal when letting out the clutch in first. The next day I parked the car in my garage and noticed two large chips out of my rear bumper. Up to this point this car had no dings or anything. They did a nice job of washing the car and changing the oil but the damage isn't worth it to me. I'm calling them first thing on Monday when they open. Didn't you wish bumpers weren't so wimpy?

It was the only blemish on the car, and the chip of paint form the scrape was still hanging off the bumper. At first the service writer denied it, then he told me that if I bought some touch up paint he would touch-it up. After speaking to his manager, I had them properly repaint and repair the bumper.
This is the second time that Royal Motors did such damage.
Two morals:
1. Do not use Royal Motors service. (Looking in the service lot, the cars a literally parked with their bumpers touching!
2. Painted bumpers do not make sense.
