I just replaced the spark plugs with NGK BKUR6ET plugs and am definitly getting a rougher run and idle. Installiation was uneventful and I torqued the new plugs at 22 ft/lbs. I didn't gap the new plugs as I was told this was no necessary with the 3 electrode type. Any ideas?

You need to change the gap, since its a fairly new plugs from NGK, they didn't gap the thing right. When I install mine..I have to redo all the spark plugs gap to .38..

Yep. They're on pretty tight. It's funny cuz when I swap back in the old plug from cylinder 1 (the cylinder closest to the front of the vehicle, I think that's no. 1) the idle is as smooth as silk. So now I have 3 new and 1 old. I'll look into gapping them as Wakko says - I've got an email into NGK. I'll wait and see what they say.
Thanks
